This role is perfect for someone with at least three years of bookkeeping experience, a knack for process improvement, and a love for collaborative, remote work.

Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper (Part-Time, Remote – PST Hours)

Hours: 10–20 hours per week

Schedule: Must be available between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Location: Remote

Compensation: Starting at $25/hour

Key Responsibilities

Core Bookkeeping Duties

• Manage and maintain full-charge bookkeeping for multiple entities with complex transactions.
• Book and reconcile general ledger entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenues, and intercompany activity.
• Perform monthly and year-end closings, trial balances, and adjusting journal entries.
• Ensure correct classification of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
